1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by RL Conseil, a SASU specializing in technical leadership consulting and digital engineering.
2. Services
RL Conseil provides services including fractional technical leadership, application development, software architecture, and regulatory compliance consulting (HDS, eIDAS, GDPR, Factur-X).
3. Pricing
Fees are provided through a personalized quote. VAT applies at the current rate. Intra-community VAT number: FR95101783421
4. Payment Terms
Payment by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice date, unless otherwise specified in the quote.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, source code developed under the engagement is transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.
6. Confidentiality
RL Conseil is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared in the context of our engagements.
